Why can't I see anything on my map? Can you come to my city?

If you're not seeing anything, we're probably not available in your location yet. We're in London, Bristol, and Manchester right now, but we're working hard to expand. If you want us in your city or if you and your friends are keen, drop us a message!

How do points work? What's the purpose of the leaderboard?

Points are simple: you earn them every time you collect an item, but you can also get more by inviting friends or reposting our content on socials. Your position on the leaderboard depends on how many points you have, and at the end of each season, our top users are rewarded. You can also choose to spend your points by using them to purchase items in our store. But, be warned - spending your points might mean you drop down the leaderboard!

What's the catch? Seems too good to be true…

No catch – it's all about sharing the love (aww). Pikd was founded by a group of friends who went to the University of St Andrews together. We started Pikd after seeing a gap in the market where Gen Z couldn't afford the things they love. Our goal is to create win-win situations where people can get free stuff, and brands can connect with a younger audience.

What are Seasons? How long do challenges run for?

Seasons are themed periods with specific challenges and partners. Each one brings different prizes and new features. We're currently working on Season 2, which will be bigger and better than the last. Stay tuned on our socials and in the app news feed to be the first to know when it launches!
